Originally from New Mexico, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lubbock Christian University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee and a certified Life Coach.
Entering my third decade as a therapist, I bring professionalism, experience, and authenticity to the therapy process. My office is a judgment-free space where I meet clients where they are in their journey. As an integrative therapist, I draw from multiple approaches and perspectives, allowing me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. Together, we explore how past relationships, wounds, and traumas may be affecting the present. Gaining insight, attending to unresolved experiences, and learning practical tools for coping individually and in relationships can lead to meaningful and lasting change. I use evidence-based therapies proven to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. In working with trauma, I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and also trained in Brainspotting. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they move toward healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
